18 Months Old!

It's hard to believe but Rayna turned 18 months old today! She has gotten to be such a big girl! She is talking like crazy and learning new words everyday. She loves to play with her cousins and friends. She also loves playing with her baby dolls. She is learning to help out mommy a little more by cleaning up, getting diapers, and climbing into her carseat by herself. She will be all set when her little brother gets here! Rayna loves to read books, especially ones that have animals. Pretty soon she will be moving into a big girl bed.

Coloring

Coloring is one of Rayna's favorite things to do right now. Especially if she can color pictures of Winnie the Pooh!

Playing With Her Pumpkin

Rayna is having so much fun playing with her pumpkin. She loves to pick it up and try to carry it around, although she keeps dropping it because it's a little too heavy for her.

Our Day At The Pumpkin Patch

We went to two pumpkin patches in Central Oregon this weekend. We went with Rayna's cousins and also met some friends and their kids there. Rayna had so much fun! She has been obsessed with pumpkins lately and saying the word pumpkin so she really enjoyed seeing so many of them. The funniest part was that whenever she'd see one tipped over, she'd say "uh-oh" and then try to lift it upright. Needless to say we could've spent hours out there! It was very difficult to get her to stand or sit still long enough to get a good picture so most of them were action shots.

Wagon Ride

Rayna, Tyler, and Drew had lots of fun being pulled in the little wagon out to the pumpkin patch.

The Petting Zoos

We went to three petting zoos at the two pumpkin patches. The first one didn't have many animals and also had a huge turkey that Rayna was scared of. The second place we went to was great and had two petting zoos full of animals. Rayna loved it! She especially liked the cow and baby cow since "moo" is her new favorite animal sound.

By the Duck Pond

Rayna had so much fun hanging out with Tyler (Steve and Nichole's oldest son). Here they are by the duck pond. Tyler kept wanting to hold hands with Rayna. She loved watching the ducks!

Hay Maze

Rayna had so much fun playing in the hay maze and even went through all the little tunnels by herself!

Rayna's Big Boo-Boo :-(

Rayna got her first big boo-boo last Saturday. She fell down the steps into the garage and landed face first on the rug. Luckily it caught her fall and slid so she didn't hit too hard. She did get a nice rug burn on her nose though and a very pretty black eye. The black eye is almost gone now, but she does still have the rug burn. It was so sad. She cried for a little bit, but then totally forgot about it. I think we were more upset then she was!

Black Eye with Spaghetti Sauce and Noodles

More pictures of Rayna's black eye. She didn't seem too bothered by it and thoroughly enjoyed her spaghetti and noodles dinner!

Goofing Around

Rayna has been so silly lately, especially when her cousin Drew is around. They love to wrestle and play with the blankets. Here is Rayna goofing around.

Getting Dressed

Rayna loves trying to put clothes on. It doesn't matter who they belong to. Here she is trying to put on her swimsuit. She was having a great time putting it on and taking it off over and over again. She has also decided she likes taking her clothes off as well which is not so much fun, especially with her pajamas! We had to start pinning them at the zipper so she couldn't take them off in bed.

So Tired!

Rayna was eating lunch the other day and suddenly got very quiet. I looked over and she was nodding off in her high chair. She has never done this before. I tried to take the tray and sandwich away to clean her up for nap, but she would not let go of that sandwich no matter what! It was so funny!
